The hackathon format is designed to stimulate problem solving, collaboration between different skill sets, and the ability to work under pressure.

With Paidea, this approach becomes a useful tool for actively conducting Professional Training, observing team dynamics, enhancing internal potential, and accelerating upskilling and reskilling process.

For the schools

Paidea supports large-scale educational and innovative projects. For years, our company has been organizing Hackathons: events in which students and experts from various fields of computer science and engineering participate, with the goal of creating prototypes for specific projects. This type of event can be held both nationally and internationally, and our team oversees every step, from welcoming participants to providing the necessary materials, and from organizing the workdays to building a solid networking web, beneficial to both participants and organizers.

A Hackathon is structured in several phases. Participants are divided into teams, each of which is asked to design and develop a compelling and feasible project, which will be presented to a jury for possible future usage. Hackathons attract a wide variety of talents with diverse skills, whose exchanges generate innovative ideas and original solutions. The event opens with a presentation of the central theme of the “challenge” and an explanation of the working methods. Participants then propose their ideas based on the work done within their respective teams.

This is followed by the project development phase, supervised by our tutors, which can last for several hours or even several days. At the end of the time set by the organizers, each group presents its project and the results achieved during the development marathon. The event concludes with an award ceremony for the winning project, selected by the jury as the most interesting and innovative.
