We are delighted to announce that Paidea has officially joined EU4EU – European Universities for the EU as a Host Organisation for Erasmus+ internships!
This important achievement allows us to become part of a large and dynamic international community. Co-funded by Erasmus+, the network brings together universities, students and companies from across Europe.
Thanks to this new role, Paidea will be able to host and train university students and recent graduates from EU4EU partner universities. The countries currently involved in the programme are Italy, Spain, France and Portugal.
The EU4EU programme aims to support students in their transition from university education to the world of work. To achieve this goal, it offers them the opportunity to complete professional internships abroad. These experiences focus on the development and management of EU-funded projects.
For Paidea, this means actively contributing to the training of the next generation of European professionals. At the same time, the programme will allow us to attract international talent with specialist profiles in key areas such as project management, digital skills and engineering.
Moreover, welcoming interns from different academic and cultural backgrounds represents a valuable opportunity. This exchange can encourage innovation and further strengthen our international perspective.
These internships allow young people to develop professional and transferable skills that are essential for the future of work. At the same time, this partnership marks an important step in Paidea’s internationalisation journey. It also confirms our commitment to excellence and growth within a European context.
We are therefore ready to welcome our first EU4EU interns and begin this exciting new experience.
